Performance Service Plan-Preventative Maintenance

This plan provides scheduled service to maintain efficient performance, increase energy savings, and help prevent costly repair bills on your heating and cooling system.

Purchase of this plan makes you an Allensworth Preferred Customer and gives you priority status in emergency situations.

Allensworth Heating and Cooling will perform these services on your heating and cooling system:

Gold Performance Service Plan-Preventative Maintenance

This plan provides scheduled service to maintain efficient performance, increase energy savings, and help prevent costly repair bills on your heating and cooling system. Purchase of this Gold Plan provides, during the plan period:

  • Allensworth Preferred Customer and Priority Status in emergency situations
  • Service call fee of $78.50 will be waived for heating/cooling service calls during normal business hours
  • 10% Discount on HVAC parts and part install labor
    • Allensworth Heating and Cooling will perform these services on your heating and cooling system:

Geo Gold Performance Service Plan-Preventative Maintenance

This plan provides scheduled service to maintain efficient performance, increase energy savings, and help prevent costly repair bills on your heating and cooling system. Purchase of this Gold Plan provides, during the plan period:

  • Allensworth Preferred Customer and Priority Status in emergency situations
  • Service call fee of $95 will be waived for heating/cooling service calls during normal business hours
  • 10% Discount on HVAC parts and part install labor
    • Allensworth Heating and Cooling will perform these services on your heating and cooling system:


Conditions:

  • Scheduling will be subject to availability depending on work load and weather conditions.
  • There will be a charge of $37.50 for service calls after normal working hours. (No charge for service calls during normal business hours)
  • There will be no refunds if no response is received to schedule service after multiple attempts by Allensworth to contact customer by phone.
  • In no event shall Allensworth Heating and Cooling be liable for damages caused by any acts beyond the reasonable control of Allensworth or by misuse or abuse of equipment by the customer.
  • Allensworth reserves the right to reject any agreement if an inspection by our technician finds equipment in such condition that service will be unsatisfactory to both parties.
  • This agreement does not cover any electrical, plumbing, gas line, duct work, or chimney/flue system on the exterior of the equipment.
  • Service will not be rendered if the customer has a past due account.
  • Prices are subject to revision without notice.
  • Travel charges vary depending upon customer’s location in relation to Allensworth Heating and Cooling’s main office in Red Oak, IA.
  • Parts and labor to install parts are not included in the plan.
